Scientists measure slowing of aging linked to this cocktail

A recent study suggests that a cocktail including omega-3 could slow down the body's aging process. This comprehensive approach opens up interesting perspectives.

The results show that participants who followed this complete protocol experienced a slowdown in their aging.


The study, conducted by the University of Zurich, followed 777 people aged over 70. Researchers divided them into groups to test the effectiveness of dietary supplements and exercise. Although omega-3 alone showed positive effects, the combination with vitamin D and exercise yielded the best results.
